racism
Racism is like when you have a box of crayons with many colors, but someone says only one color is the best and the others are not as good. This isn’t fair because all colors are special and important in their own way. Each color can make beautiful pictures, and together, they can create a rainbow.
Another way to think about racism is like a garden with many different flowers. If someone says only red roses are nice and all the other flowers should be ignored, it’s not true. The garden is more beautiful because of the many different flowers. Each flower brings something unique and makes the garden colorful and happy.
Racism is when people think some people are better just because of their skin color, like saying only one type of flower or crayon is good. But just like in the crayon box and the garden, it’s important to see how everyone is special and how we all make the world a better place when we come together.
