seek
Seek is like playing a game of hide and seek. Imagine your favorite toy is hiding somewhere in the room, and you really want to find it. You look under the bed, behind the curtains, and even inside the closet. This looking around is what we call ‘seeking’. It means trying to find something that you really want or need.
When you’re thirsty, you seek a drink of water. It’s like your body is saying, ‘Hey, let’s find some water!’ So, you go to the kitchen and look for a glass and the water to fill it up. That’s seeking, too. It’s like your own little adventure to find what you need.
Another way to think about seek is like when you’re trying to solve a puzzle. Each piece is important to complete the picture. You look carefully at each piece to find the right one that fits. You’re seeking the correct piece to make everything fit together nicely. Seeking is about exploring and discovering, just like being a detective looking for clues to solve a mystery.
